Dr. John Kabat Zinn, a renowned medical doctor founded the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Clinic from the University of Massachusetts. He and his colleagues pioneered this work and have demonstrated a successful track record in the treatment of a wide range of conditions related to illness, chronic pain, and stress related disorders.
Learn these new techniques and deal with stress effectively at any moment and wherever You Are. So You Can Manage Your Affairs More Effectively! The 8 week MBSR Course will be taught by Laura Kurzman, an MBSR certified instructor, and Daniel Davis from Mindful Valley.
