Doug Rosner

Mr. Doug Rosner is an attorney at law. Since 1980, Doug's main focus has been on general civil and business law, including real estate. Doug is a competent trial lawyer and litigator who has successfully tried many cases in court. Doug's personal preference however is peace making over aggressive litigation, as such clients can save money, time and aggravation. Doug's altruistic passion to help, effective communication skills and collaborative style enable him to be an effective problem solver. Doug practices and provides the Collaborative Process to resolve business and real estate disputes.

The Collaborative Process involves a team approach with representatives from both sides including experts needed to get a more clear picture of resources and best solutions available to both sides. This process is developed and intended to reduce legal costs and save clients on both sides from unnecessary aggravation  caused by litigation process.  Doug's passion and special interest in helping people to resolve their disputes in a private, fair and efficient manner has proven to save time, money and unnecessary emotional pain. He does this by listening, informing, and guiding participants to find brilliant solutions to resolve disputes. He assists the client in understanding their legal rights and maintains effective communication with all sides of the dispute to facilitate the resolution in the Collaborative Process. Doug's calm and affirming manner combined with his wisdom and experience are an asset to the dispute process.
